Project Extranet Version 2.0 released

Following the successful initial version of our Project Extranet and after listening to our customer’s feedback we are pleased to announce that Project Extranet version 2 is now available.
The key new features are:
- The introduction of Workflow with editable workflow status. This brings the ability for those of you wishing to implement features such as Order Tracking and Project filtering neatly into your Extranets.
- Project Templates: The ability to create a set of Templates from to use as the basis for creating your Projects. This will help drive standards in your business at the same time as reducing administration. For example setup an Order Project Template, and Accounting Project Template or a Supplier Project Template.
- Increased Scalability: We know the Extranet really shines when hooked directly into your back office systems. To help this we have improved Version 2 so it is as happy with one or two users as it is with ten thousand users.
We have also introduced the Project Centre, notifications as well as general usability features throughout which are all a result of your feedback. And to say thank you, all our existing customers can get their Project Extranets upgraded to the new version at no cost.
