The Project Log Extranet App allows you to keep a Log against each of your Projects as well as view and audit trail of all the actions that occur on your Project, such as seeing which user downloads which file, and a change tracking log.

Allow Project members to maintain a projects narrative by entering details of:

• Telephone calls
• Emails
• Letters
• General Comments
• Meetings

See a audit timeline of Project changes, including

• When documents, calendar entries and contacts are added, updated or deleted, and by whom.
• The date and time when Project members have been granted access to the Project.

Show when documents have been downloaded.

Filter and sort options allow you to easily navigate through your Project Log.

Rich-Text editing of log items allows detailed and clear notes to be kept.
