How do I get started?

Getting up and running with your own Project Extranet is easy ...

1. Step one is to let us know you are interested. To do this simply complete the Getting Started form.
   
   
2. The next stage is for us to us to have a quick conversation to discuss your requirements. It’s always good to talk, and of course we want to help you get the most out of the Project Extranet. We will use the information you supplied to us to contact you.
   
   
3. The Project Extranet is designed to be set up so that it seamlessly integrates with your corporate style. Typically this means matching the layout and graphics of the header, footer, font and colours of your website. If you have other plans just let us know. Once this is done we will send you a link to confirm it matches your site as you wish.
   
   
4. If you have a website, the next stage is to amend it so that people can easily find your Project Extranet. Setting up a direct link or even a login panel directly on your front page is extremely easy and we will work with your website designer to get this set up for you.
   
   
5. Once you have chance to log in and familiarise yourself with Project Extranet we can conduct a telephone training session for you where we can take you through the setup options and answer any of your questions.
   
   
6. All done. Your Project Extranet is up and running and you are an expert on how to use it. It is now time to start using it in your business. But we are still here to support you if needed so if you have any questions or bespoke requirements you can either email or call and we will do our best to help.
